EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH THE MAN THAT RAISED THE STANDARD FOR NOLLYWOOD WOOD MOVIES.

Q: Talking dolls movie was a sold out premiere what was your secret behind it?

A: We had a few months to plan and strategize and we had to promote the premiere with another Nollywood blockbuster that was to premiere a day after Talking Dolls in the name of ALAKADA reloaded.
This made the team work extra hard to get the venue sold out. The Talking Dolls trailer was well received by quite a lot of people both here and in Nigeria.

Q: What was the biggest challenge you faced during the production of the film?

A: Getting the Sound designer and the grader of the film who were both in Nigeria to complete the film was quite challenging as both had a very busy calendar. As both had worked on the Nollywood block buster ''Wedding Party''

Q: Talking dolls has raised the bar for Nollywood movies and interest in the film is growing globally how are you going to capitalize on that?

A: The best way is to submit this for awards and show case it in as many film festivals as possible across the globe.


Q: What is the future for talking dolls?


A: We would be submitting the film for Film Festivals, and have a cinema release in Nigeria soon, we would also be getting it subtitled in German and French.
We are also looking at show casing

Q: Are we seeing any new productions from Bluewaters solutions anytime soon?

A: Bluewaters Solutions is presently working in conjunction with 5IVE28 ENTERTAINMENT on a new movie called ''The 3 Kings'' it is something very fresh and different from the norm. I expect this to hit cinemas soon.

Q: You put together an excellent cast and crew for talking dolls the movie how did you manage to do that?


A: I had to recruit everyone from different sources, somewhere from referrals and some from film recruitment websites.




Q: Any advice for young and upcoming film makers?

A: Always believe in yourself and your own dreams and work towards it in life.

If you haven't seen the talking dolls movie make sure you do it's a 9/10, just simply because we can't give it 10. Everything was on point right from the story to the delivery a very big well done to the cast and crew of talking dolls.
